Is the free plan a trial?
No. It's a permanent plan for one project, one client and just you. There's no clock and no card. The one catch: Free counts every project you've ever created, including finished and archived ones — so it's a way to run a job, not a way to run a business one job at a time.
What happens when I finish a job?
On Basic, Pro and Bespoke, completing or archiving a project frees the slot for the next one. Nothing is deleted — an archived project stays readable, searchable and downloadable.
What if I drop to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing projects, clients and team members stay exactly as they are — you just can't add more until you're back under the limit. We'd rather you kept your data than lost it to a downgrade.
How is FlowAI billed?
It's included in Pro and Bespoke, and it runs to a monthly budget set on your account, defaulting to a modest figure. Each request is measured rather than estimated. Past the cap, FlowAI stops until the next month or until you raise it.
Who counts as a team member?
Everyone on your company's books except you — admins, employees and subcontractors all take a seat. Clients are counted separately, so a job with a client doesn't cost you a team place.
Are the limits enforced or just displayed?
Enforced, in the database. The interface tells you when you're near a limit as a courtesy, but the actual refusal happens where it can't be worked around.
